When it comes to returns and exchanges, we feel it’s important to remind customers of the inherent imperfections of natural stones.  However, it is our top priority to communicate all natural imperfections to you before purchasing a piece, to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your piece when you receive it. We are happy to answer any questions you might have about an item and are also happy to show you any close-up videos or photos that would help you better understand the piece before purchase.


We do offer full refund or exchange for any items that are damaged during shipping, and if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3 business day refund policy for our merchandise. You may also decide to use 100% of your refund as exchange credit for another item. This refund policy only applies to items purchased online - all items that were viewed in person before purchasing are final sale. 


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in: free from scratches, chips, or any other damage that was not present when the piece was sold. 


In the case of a return or exchange, we will provide you with an overnight, trackable, insured label via Fedex. Please place your piece in a small box, encased within a larger box, and use only the provided label. Please do not mention or label the package with any jewelry, gem, or diamond terminology. We also ask that you take a video of yourself sealing the package with the item and signing a bold signature on the box, then send the video to prior to shipping. To ensure the safety of your piece, be sure to shake the box before sealing it to make sure small sounds or rattles are not heard.


Once your package has been received, we will promptly notify you and proceed to inspect the items. Please be patient and understanding with us - due to the fragile and irreplaceable nature of our items, we take the return process seriously.


If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
